‘...bespoke detailing...mixed with utilitarian materials’

Project: CAMPARI HOUSE

The project focused on RIBA stages 2, 3 and 4 within the East Marylebone Conservation area, including works and Town Planning consent for alterations to street frontages on Great Portland Street and Margaret Court, infill and utilisation of light wells and roof extension on the upper level.

The project is a combination of bespoke glazing, bespoke hardware and detailing to reflect the customisation and branding of the headquarters mixed with utilitarian detailing and materials reflecting the history of the building and proximity to the historic Market Place.

The aim of the company and key brief requirement was to clearly reflect its history and aims for the future and to be able to align itself with the United Kingdom and other multinational brands and influencers.
